The company, with 120 years of history, has 40 production and packaging lines, 10 certifications, 1300 products, 100 offices worldwide and a production plant of over 180 thousand square metres.
Fabbri needed an advanced solution to manage a very large number of offers and promotions (CANVASS), characterised by great complexity and considerable diversification. The main challenge was to make the entire process more efficient, accessible and integrated with the company’s digital ecosystem, while ensuring maximum control over data.
Requirements:
- Implement a complete automated order collection tool for the Fabbri Italia sales network in Germany, France and Spain.
- Create a tool that could automate the use and validation of the over 500 promotional canvasses used by the agents.
- Reduce errors during the order phase by sales representatives.
- Reduction of validation and control times for orders received by the commercial backend
- Reduction of the average time to fulfil an order from the moment it is sent by the agent.

To meet these needs, Cosmobile has developed a customised solution based on the Sales Force Automation Software Order Sender Enterprise, with an advanced CANVASS management system available on Web App, iOS and Android.

Before the acquisition of OS Enterprise, the sales department managed their canvasses completely manually; canvass books hundreds of pages long were difficult for the agents to memorise and apply correctly. After: canvasses created using a flexible tool, able to ‘shape’ the form of new promotions; canvasses applied by apps with automatic controls and thresholds, with a wizard for agents that prevents errors.
